Jockey Club Social Innovation Centre

Funded by the Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust, The Hong Kong Federation of Youth Groups Jockey Club Social Innovation Centre (SIC) was established in 2015, aims to encourage start-ups with socially oriented objectives and the commitment to work for the benefit of society. By combining creativity and entrepreneurship, SIC seeks the application of innovative, practical, business-like approaches that achieve positive change for society or the environment through the use of technology. By engaging young people in the process of social innovation, it makes it possible to enhance their upward mobility and makes Hong Kong stay competitive.

SIC is located at Genesis, a revitalised industrial building near the Wong Chuk Hang MTR station. SIC occupies nearly 5,000 square feets providing co-working space, business suites, capacity building and incubation programmes.

The hirer(s) should ensure that their activities in the premises of The Hong Kong Federation of Youth Groups Building (hereafter “The HKFYG Building”) are as stated in the application form and comply with all legal requirements applicable to Hong Kong, including legislations regarding the safeguarding of national security.
