- Mr. Plato Wai
Plato is a seasoned entrepreneur and startup veteran in the vibrant Hong Kong ecosystem. Throughout the years, he has founded multiple startups, including the Wynd Co-working Space in Central. Plato was the General Manager at SHOPLINE HK, where he played a pivotal role in establishing the company’s market-leading position in the eCommerce sector.In addition to his entrepreneurial pursuits, Plato serves as a Venture Partner at Wings Capital Ventures. He is also an active mentor, regularly participating in the HKFYG mentorship programs to nurture and guide aspiring entrepreneurs. Plato has chronicled his startup journey in the book 「Startup Suicide.」 Before embarking on his entrepreneurial path, he had worked in investment banking after graduating from Carnegie Mellon University.
