青年創業學課程：開拓美國市場：香港初創新機遇

隨著香港本地市場逐漸飽和、競爭激烈，許多初創企業正積極尋找突破和增長的新方向。美國作為全球最大的創新和消費市場之一，不僅擁有龐大商機，更是國際品牌拓展的必爭之地。

然而，進軍美國市場並不容易，香港初創往往要面對文化、法規和市場策略等多重挑戰。要在國際舞台取得成功，企業除了需要實用的市場拓展技巧，更要有全球視野和靈活應變的能力。這正是香港初創實現跨越式發展、站穩國際市場的關鍵一步。

香港青年協會與Think Global Training Academy合辦【青年創業學：開拓美國市場：香港初創新機遇】，旨在為香港青年創業家提供進軍美國市場必要的知識和支援，幫助初創企業克服落地難題，培養創新與全球合作的文化。

3小時工作坊將深入剖析如何將香港的商業模式調整至美國消費者習慣，內容涵蓋文化差異設計、定價心理差異、以及針對美國客戶的全新規劃，避免常見文化誤區，提升品牌公信力。

As an award-winning entrepreneur, Tonya is a trusted business advisor and mentor for prestigious programs, including the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) Star Venture Programme, Select Global Women in Tech (SGWIT), Entrepreneurship World Cup, and several incubation and acceleration programs globally. As a mentor, she gives strategic advice and guidance to support startups in achieving their business objectives, drawing on her 23 years of business experience. Tonya has provided strategic advice and mentoring to entrepreneurs across the Americas, Europe, Asia, Africa, and the Middle East. She is also actively involved in various entrepreneurial networks, serving as a valuable resource and connector for entrepreneurs and small businesses.

Tonya holds an Executive Diploma in Management Consulting from Grenoble Ecole de Management (France), an MBA in International Business from Walsh College (USA), and a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Davenport University (USA).
