Qianhai Shenzhen-Hong Kong Youth Innovation and Entrepreneur Hub
(referred to as E-Hub) in the Qianhai Shenzhen-Hong Kong Modern Service Industry Cooperation Zone (referred to as Qianhai) was jointly established by Qianhai Administration Bureau, Shenzhen Youth Federation, and Hong Kong Youth Association. DreamWorks Construction Covering an area of approximately 400,000 square meters, it covers the entire life cycle of enterprise start-up, acceleration, and mature development. It started operations in 2014 and aims to become the first stop for Hong Kong youth to develop in the mainland. So far, DreamWorks has incubated more than 1,000 entrepreneurial teams, including more than 600 Hong Kong teams, incubated a total of 37 national high-tech enterprises, 12 high-level talent teams, and the total team financing amount exceeded 4.2 billion yuan.
E-Hub Central District
E-Hub Central District was officially opened in 2014, with a construction area of approximately 58,000 square meters. The Central District is positioned as the starting area for realizing dreams, mainly providing cultivation space for start-ups in Shenzhen and Hong Kong. It is the starting stage of dreams from 0 to 1. DreamWorks Central District takes start-up and growth enterprises and incubation and R&D institutions in Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao as its main customers, and is committed to building the first stop for Hong Kong and Macao youth development in the mainland, focusing on supporting smart hardware, AI and chip design, mobile Internet, cultural creativity, etc. Entrepreneurship projects in four major fields create a gathering and growth space for technological innovators with fashionable technology, openness and sharing, wisdom and vitality, and personalized interaction.
E-Hub North District
E-Hub North District will open for operation in 2022, with a construction area of approximately 138,000 square meters. The North District is positioned as a dream acceleration zone, which mainly provides space for companies with good growth potential, strong innovation, good development, and high potential, the transformation of results from top scientific research institutions, and projects with good social effects. It is a dream acceleration zone from 1 to 10 stage, a smart park integrating offices, commerce, apartments and other supporting facilities. The industrial direction of DreamWorks North District is financial technology, digital technology, artificial intelligence, e-commerce, artificial intelligence and information technology.
E-Hub South District
It is expected to be completed in 2026. The construction area of the southern district park is 209,000 square meters. The South District is positioned as a dream demonstration area, focusing on mature enterprises such as industry segment leaders and hidden champions. It is the stage of dream demonstration from 10 to 100, 1000 and 10,000. After completion, the project will integrate R&D buildings, conference spaces, talent dormitories, supporting commerce, public transportation and other functional facilities, providing Qianhai with a multi-functional, dynamic, smart and efficient service platform to build industries in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
